They were going to come out every other month. They came out once in February of 2015 and then they never came back out until I called them in September. I then cancelled my contract.

Okay, I understand, sick is sick. We rescheduled. This time he texted
and said you going to be there. I replied yep. He did not show, he
did not call. Second time no show. 1st time shame on you, 2nd time
shame on me, there wont be a third time. No show for contract,
contract null and void. I will not deal with lack of courtesy or service.
Sad when you consider how well these guys did before, but in business
you are only as good as your last service.

The guy that did the inspection, I believe his name was Jeff, was very professional and well mannered. He went all over the house including the attic and even climbed on the roof. He was very thorough. Most termite inspections cost about 100 dollars, this one was $145.00. I think the price is too high. I would give them an A if the price was at $100.00.

Excellent service, scheduled at your convenience. Proactive at rescheduling if necessary (weather impacts service delivery) Leaves receipt that shows pesticide used and amount paid. Very pleased with their service.

In terms of price, I have the contract for a long time. It is probably more now but I have an old contract. They are prompt and courteous. If I have extra issues, they take care of those. I have been satisfied. I do not have any bugs in my house. If I have, I call them back. They come right out and re-spray or do whatever it takes to take care of it.
