The initial consultation went well.  He performed the work everything seemed fine at first.  We noticed that there were several spots in the roof that leaked after a hard rain.  We asked Mr. Luna to come back and fix the problem, but we have not heard back from him.  We have attempted to call him on multiple occasions, but again, no response.  I would not recommend his services to anyone given his lack of response and poor professionalism.

I had asked a couple other roofers to bid the job but no one returned my calls.  Mr Luna responded promptly and came out to our place to bid the job.  After rewarded the job, he brought his crew out and had the job done in two days.  The job was done within two weeks of the initial phone call.  
Mr Luna was very pleasant to work with and obviously knows his work.  The job was well done and cleaned up promptly.
It was a job well done, done quickly, with no problems.

Mr. Luna came twice and revised a quote he had given me 2 years ago. He said he needed to add $889.90 because the price of shingles went up. He quoted $6850 and signed it on July 17, 2012.He said he might be able to do it the following week. I did not hear from him for several weeks so I called to check on when they might come.He called in August to tell me they would come on August 15 to start. The morning of the 15th he called to say they could not make it until the following day. They came at 8:00Am and worked until 7:00pm on Thursday and about the same on Friday. They took several breaks (it was terribly hot) but worked very hard and were as unobtrusive as one can be when hammering on a roof. They were also very polite when I encountered them. They cleaned up very well with the magnet and a grass blower. All trash was carried away.Mr. Luna came and told me it was going to be $570 more than we had contracted for, that they had to replace 2 sections of fascia and he had not figured enough edging shingles and some other type shingles. I asked him why he had not told me before that he needed to get those extra things and how much they would be, but he simply shrugged, said he was sorry and added on the extra $570. I paid it reluctantly. I thought the crew was very good and did a nice job, but I would insist on a written contract and being notified in advance of any changes.
