The store sold us recliners and not lift chairs despite prescription to waive the taxes and a 90 year old in a walker making the purchase.  Also the chairs were fake leather.  We did not know this until they arrived at the home.  A first the mention was to charge 700 then 800 then 1200 more and to take only one back - yes each was 2000 and they wanted 1200 more thus 3200 for a fake leather lift chair.  The owner then called after a BBB complaint was filed and told me that he was going to have his lawyer tie a body part to a tree and run me out of town.  I donated a house of furnitre from Indiana before my mother and I moved here.  Why on earth would I want to buy two recliners when I just gave six away.  I guess I find out when I am run out of town.  The store will do nothing other than run ads on TV and in the local paper.
