Everything was done very well. Only one minor thing. No insulation was put next to the pipes in the wall that was damaged and everytime you flush upstairs toilet, you can hear it in the dining room. Not sure who should have known that?

Overall it went very well.  Mr. Stubbs and his crew worked very fast on demolition and reconstruction, which is good since I was paying by the hour.  I will say that it helps if you have a good plan for them to execute.  When I was undecided on something, it slowed them down and ultimately cost me money.  I also recommend that you watch progress daily and ask a lot of questions.  On the downside, Mr. Stubbs did need a little help remembering small details, so I made an early punchlist that I updated somewhat regularly when I felt he might be overwhelmed with my verbal requests.  Although some of his crew were less reliable, Mr. Stubbs was punctual, worked smartly, and was very interested in getting the job done in a timely manner.  My only gripe on price is that he is paid by the hour, so it can be difficult to know where you are $$ wise in a project, and I think I paid a premium for the work - but it was good work.  Much better than the alternative - cheap money and cheap work.

I am thoroughly disappointed in his services and his attitude. He continued to push back the move-in date to the extent that we were supposed to move in by the beginning of June and it is now August. I did pay him and of course heard nothing more from him which left me with no option but to find another company who could help me with this situation. He had left such a mess and the quality of his work was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I kept believing we would be able to move into our new and I kept handing more money over in hopes that the move-in date would be soon. I do not want anyone to be taken advantage of in the way that I have and want to warn you all not to trust him and also not to use his services as he is manipulative and deceitful.
