Went to the newest Discount Tire store today for the first time. I was happy to see that the manager who opened the other locations had moved to this location to open this store. After I explained that my steering wheel had started shaking and that the front passenger tire looked low we went outside for him to fill out the paperwork and check it out. Turns out my tires looked like rubber bands! Ended up replacing both tires, rotating and balancing. The best part of the whole experience was that instead of having me sit there for the 1 1/2 wait until they could get to my car, the manager suggested I come back in an hour. I ran several errands during that time. Sure appreciated him giving me that information and that suggestion.
