CRT Flooring Concepts - Victoria

It's my understanding that pretty much all companies in this industry provide poor customer service. But these guys have to be the worst. Sales person provided absolutely NO communication concerning the install. They didn't even call or email the yearly sale dates. We had to call and confirm: 1) the ordering of material, 2) an installer coming by to verify square footage and transition measurements, and 3) the scheduling of the actual install. Then to top it all off, they didn't order the transition material at all - even though the installers were here for most of two weeks. Seems everything must be prepaid (a poor policy, especially for a company this size), so as of this moment, everything comes to a screeching halt. The first and only email from the sales person came 7 work days into the project requesting payment for the transition material. Poor planning, poor execution, and poor company policies.There is a bright side however - the installers (at least 2 of the 3) were first class.

Very well - remodeling can be very stressful but the group at CRT works with you patiently, professionally and tastefully.? They were very helpful with every step of the process and I highly recommend them to others.? Our overall experience with them was positive.? For other people remodeling, I DO recommend going to CRT showroom to look at what they offer and ask for help with design choices if needed.? DO take samples home to look at in your own lighting.? DO prepare for a dusty mess when your old floor is removed - the floor guys will try to keep the dust down as much as possible but it is impossible so do keep that in mind.

CRT assisted in the decisions about flooring in our new home construction. The design representative went above expectations by drawing out our design plans for the tile in all areas of our home and explaining the many different carpet options as well. Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the products the company sells and about installation of the products. Erin was courteous and always answered all of my questions quickly. Erin was not up-selling me on products and truly listened to my design needs and my budget requirements. CRT has all levels of pricing and was below costs of what we found at local big box and home improvement stores.

There was a problem with the way the flooring was installed the first time but Dawn at CRT Flooring made sure the problem got fixed even coming out herself to make sure the job got done right. ? Very pleased with the end results!!
