I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking for a home inspector! Mr. Hanselka came to inspect the house, and he did a really great job. He was punctual, nice and very thorough. He not only looked at everything, but had me look too and explained everything to me. A+

I was referred to Crossroads Inspection Services by my realtor. From the phone call to set up the appointment, to the actual inspection, I am thoroughly impressed with Joe Hanselka and his staff. The office assistant was friendly, thorough, and knowledgable. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Mr. Hanselka, the owner, performed the inspection. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, respectful, thorough, and patient. He had his tools by his side, ready to go. He was happy to have me tag along for the entire inspection, and he took the time to explain everything, plus gave me lots of helpful ideas and tips. Let me re-iterate, Joe is thorough. He knows what he's doing. He spends as much time as is needed to do the job right. It's amazing to watch him work. He fluidly moved from room to room, space to space, in and out of the house, testing everything as he went, looking in all the nooks and crannies, inspecting every part of the house, explaining as he went. Joe is fountain of information and knowledge, and he does his job with a smile. After the inspection, we sat down and discussed his findings, and he answered all my questions. Within two hours of the inspection, he had the report typed up and emailed to me. I highly recommend Crossroads Inspection Services for home inspections.

I really had very positive interactions with the woman answering the phone and scheduling the appointment and the service person both. The woman listened and provided clear, concise information in response to my questions. Bruce, the service person, was very calm and patient with my dog, very professional and respectful, and answered my questions satisfactorily. He described what he was doing throughout the thorough inspection and treatment, asking about specific areas (e.g., kitchen cabinets, eaves of the house) before applying the pesticides. While I have not yet seen the outcome of the treatments as that will take a few days, I really appreciated Bruce's professionalism.
