I suffered a hard drive failure and needed to see if I could get my data recovered.  Donovan tried, but the C drive was corrupt so a new one was necessary.  I was under the impression it would only take 3 days,  it ended up being over a week.  When I got my pc back the wireless interenet would not work.  He confessed that he rewired the internal wireless anntennae, and probably ruined my card.  He purchased a new one himself and installed it.  He also removed my land line phone jack without asking!  
Honest work, professional, but I think his lack of communication and misleading me about how long it would take was very annoying.  I would use him as he is very educated about how to properly care for and deal with pc problems, now that I know his business.  He goes above and beyond what anyone else in this cow town can perform, and you  pay $$$ for his services.
I wish I had just gotten another pc, but after being educated by him on my hard drive improvement, and knowing that this one was tested by him and will not fail, he did win me over.
