They always do excellent work.

They arrived on time. They had the new one in pretty quick and carried the old one off.

Appt was first thing in the morning, plumber arrived at 4:30pm - I had to call several times to find out if they were still going to show. Poor attitude, not friendly. Didn't like the toilet because it is a Toto and told me we should replace the whole toilet even though it is only 3 1/2 yrs old. I requested he try and find replacement parts; said he would call the next day. 2 days pass, still no call - after I call I am told parts have been discontinued and he is trying to locate some. Meanwhile I call Toto, speak to a rep, they tell me how to replace the part and send out a new gasket, free of charge. 1 1/2 weeks later I hear back from Caraway and am told it will cost $485 to fix the toilet. I ask to speak to the owner - not available so I leave a message asking for a call back - he NEVER called. 
The gasket was not the problem with the toilet - it was a seal on the fill valve, which Toto sent out, free of charge and directed me to a YouTube video showing how to repair it myself.
I will NEVER do business with Caraway Plumbing. The bad attitude; poor customer service and ridiculous recommendation to replace a fairly new toilet, topped off with an outrageous quote are appalling. And a business owner that cannot be bothered to speak to a customer is an all-time low.

All of his employees are very polite.  They do such professional work!  There is no delay- they come and get the job done, and they leave.  They do wonderful work. He is the only plumber I will call.

Went very well.  Shoed up as planned.  Worked very efficiently, corrected any problems immediately.  Provided good value for the price.

|Kevin was the plummers name. Will ask for him again in the future . This was the second time we have used him.

We are half way done and at this point I am very impressed with their work quality. I could not give a cost yet but when the job is total I will give a follow up review of the total job. At this point I am very pleased with their work and promptness. I will call them back for some work in my kitchen and also to replace the toilet in my washroom with a newer taller model.

Very professional. Old electric range was off-white. Replaced with an all white dual fuel range. Ray pointed out the color difference before he started the job. But we already replaced the refrigerator with white, and will soon replace the dishwasher.

Went very well. The cut off valve to the toilet had broken as I attempted to replace the toilet "innards" myself. Not only did Mr. Caraway replace the valve he installed the toilet parts and even swapped one of my parts for a part from his truck when my part would not do the job intended. Great service.

Have used Caraway for many years. Always professional and competent. From clogged drains, to ice machine hookups and broken pipes - they have never disappointed.
Only gripe would be that they stay very busy - sometimes cannot schedule a visit right away. But very honest with scheduling and will work late to complete call on the day promised.

I called the company because my water heater wasn't working. They weren't available to come for two days, but came at the appointment
time. They found the problem and replaced the heater before I got home from work that same day. Very prompt and professional.

I have used them for several years. I have always been satisfied with their service. I have never had anything but success using them.

Caraway came within two house after calling in the problem. They unstopped the drain within an hour and replacedthe toilet.I work for a property management company and it is my job to call out service people when a property has problems. We began using Caraway Plumbing because of their excellent reputation. We now use Caraway Plumbing consistentlybecause of their reliabilty.

Plumber arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled. Very prompt to get in attic and review the situation. The code on the water heater had been flashing and the plumber asked me what the codes were that had been flashing. I told him and he immediately started taking the water heater apart to further inspect. After trying to reset the water heater the plumber advised me that a new On Demand water heater was needed. He said that he could be back in about 30 min. with a new On Demand and have it installed within a couple of hours. I asked the plumber if it was necessary for me to be there while they installed the new one and he said no. I completely trust Caraway Plumbing employees so I had no reason not to feel as though I could not leave for work. When I arrived at home that evening there was a business card on my kitchen island and a note from the plumber. Caraway Plumbing has always done my plumbing and I would recommend them to everyone. Trustworthy, professional and very respectful service men.

Caraway Plumbing has been doing our plumbing for years and we have always been extremely happy with their work. It is a family owned company and I can trust any of their employees coming into my home. The owners son came out to install our hot water heater and was very friendly and professional. He even picked up every little piece of (cotton type) insulation that had fallen from the attic while he was working. I can always count on their honesty, quality work, and fair prices.

The receptionist worked very hard to schedule the work the next day. The plumbers that came to do the work were punctual, friendly and professional. They did the a GREAT job and I highly recommend them!

Caraway bid the job low and by the end they were paid double the bid and still wanted to be paid an additional $10,000.00 to finish the job. We fired them. We have experienced many, many problems with the work Caraway did on our home. We have had gas leaks, one which was very dangerous where a line was left open filling the family room with gas. We had to re-plumb an upstairs bath because it leaked into the downstairs dining room. They had used the wrong fittings and those fittings were not tightened properly. Toilets were installed improperly causing them to stop up excessively. We have repaired each of these at additional expense because Caraway refused to correct any problems. I would avoid using this company.

Very satisfied overall. This is not the first job they have been on for us, and it will not be the last.
