While I understand that most established roofers in the area were slammed after the effects of Harvey, to simply not answer the phone and/or return messages/texts left is unprofessional. Even 6 months after the storm I couldn't get this company to return my messages.

I sent him a check, he claimed to do the work. I am in Austin so I took his word. The roof continued to leak and he has not responded to my calls, the tenants calls or my agents. The leak hasn't been fixed and he has kept the check.

Bobby's crew did a fine job. Once they started, they were on time and cleaned up after themselves.
We had damage to an area around a false balcony. Bobby contacted a carpenter to make the repair, which
was a great help as we did not know who to call.
