Siding Service, Deck and Porch Service
He didn?t put the tie back on before he installed the siding. He said there was a leak in my roof, patched the so-called leak, and it is still leaking. The warranty on my brand new roof is now void because he patched it. We later learned the leak is caused by him not putting up the flashing up on the garage before he put on siding. That is what has caused the leak . My adjuster has taken pictures of this to prove where the leak is coming from.
He was supposed to paint everything the patio area as well as replace the deck. He called me and advised that the patio area would need new wood and would cost $800 which I agreed. When I came out and saw it, I learned that he used the old wood and didn?t even paint.
I paid him most of the money and I still owe him about $2800. He called the other day demanding the rest of the money.
