ACR (Roger) returned my call the same day.
Estimate was fair and no surprises.
Repairs were completed as soon as parts were available.
Will work with ACR again when needed.

Called Monday before Thanksgiving but wwas busy that dasy and Tuesday but promised to come out Wednesday morning, day before Thanksgiving. We had family coming over. Prompt, professional and to the point. He explained how a dirty filter triggered the burner cut off. Cost less than I expected. Heat working fine.

Looked on this site when AC broke down on a Saturday, called this service, the owner, Roger, answered and told me it would cost time and a half since it was a weekend. What are you going to do in this heat? Said fine. He came out by himself and was very professional. He showed me the freon leak, the ice, and the low freon level. He gave me my choices on how to fix it and told me the quickest and easiest way. Very straight. He would not take a cash tip or even a cold soda. AC is still working fine.

I have been using Roger for at least the past 15 years in both business (5 individual office and warehouse complex) and for my homes. I recommend him to everyone that is in need of a/c service. I began using ACR after one of our office units went down and the first AC company that came out told us that we were going to need a new unit. When Roger came out for a second opinion on the matter he simply repaired the unit and it has worked for another 15 years. At that point I knew he was an honest guy, and in that business, especially in this town, it is an invaluable quality to find in any service company. We (friends and family) have used him ever since, on many many occasions. I say many, simply because we own so many A/C's...different homes the offices etc..., so I would say we have more than the average amount of experience with ACR. He replaced my parents AC unit recently and although my mother (consumer reports fan) was interested in getting a brand that ACR didn't carry based on a Consumer Reports articles recommendation, they decided to go with Roger because of his excellent track record with them in the past.

ACR is professional, prompt, courteous you name it. Roger's a good guy, and he knows his stuff. Again, there are alot of air conditioning companies out there that prey on people in this area simply because when your ac is down in south Texas they have you in a pretty desperate situation. I know of at least one major a/c company here in Victoria that pays commission to thier service techs for new units sold. In my opinion, and I am in the commercial foodservice equipment business, is about as unethical as it gets. I trust ACR and that is why I won't use anyone else.

Very good service. I have used ACR for over 25 years and I have found them to be especially responsive to my needs and honest without fault. He once repaired a device in the attic and when that part failed he came back and fixed it for no charge. He very easily could have said something else had gone out and could have replaced the defective part and got paid again, but he didn't. He has done work on property that I own and I have never had a problem. My only complaint is that his billing clerk is very pushy. She can send the bill late but you had better not dally in getting payment in on time. After 25 years, you would think that she knows I am going to pay the bill.
