AAA AIR CONDITIONING-REFRIG

The actual "unit" worked, but the fan was not strong enough to get air to the bedrooms. The living and dining rooms were freezing and the bedrooms so hot we had to install window units to deal with the heat.  Numerous calls resulted in nasty comments/remarks, poor service and then NO SERVICE.  Caller ID allowed them to just not answer calls from our phone numbers.  When we got through by using private lines, or pay phones, they would answer but would 'have to check the schedul.  I'll call you right back."  Never happened. Messages left on their answering system were not returned.  Finally got ahold of A/C corporate personnel out of town (distributor) and they arranged to come and view.  Fan unit replaced, wiring corrected and many problems with ductwork.  Trying to get it worked out so is not totally useless.  Would not recommend this business for ANYTHING!! It is totally family owned and operated and they do not care.  They require full payment up front, with no service or concern for doing job correctly.
