Unplugging the router and waiting a minute and turning back on usually fixes it but I don't think it should happen as often as it does. On another note, their online payment site is not user friendly. One would think that for an internet/cable/phone supplier it would have a user-friendly site to pay online. Also when I first started with this internet/cable tv/telephone supplier, the remote did not work if more than 2 feet from the control box on the TV. it took a year and the 3rd different technician to come up with a solution to make the remote work on my TV.....it should have been working the first day. I think the price is too high for the service provided.
