We had a big job that had to be done at our house. The crew that came out did a great job correcting our plumbing issues. They were fast and efficient, even called the city to replace the water main housing while they had the ground open. We got a few quotes from other plumbers in town and they were the best price by far. So thankful for Coble and glad we called them.

The workman's job was great, but it took 5 minutes or less, and even he thought the price was ridiculous.

"We are glad that you were satisfied with our service personnel. We take pride in delivering quality work. Our base service call for repair work is $75. This is the lowest in our area and we have not raised out service charge call in 5 year because we know that people in this area are having a hard time in this economy. Your check was for $75 instead of $85. It is unlikely that it only took 5 minutes to turn off the City meter, replace the faucet and turn the water back on and leak check as well as cleanup the worksite. If you would have needed something else done to any of your plumbing within that hour, the charge would have been the same. Again we are please that you were happy with our tech and we hope you understand that we only employ quality and conscientious personnel to better serve you."

Being disabled to some extent, I could no longer change the faucet myself; it took the workman about 4 minutes. The $85.00 charge was way higher than either of us thought it should be.

Badly. Broke things. Made things worse. Never fixed. Had to call other plumber and Ac guy. Coble still charged me whole bill and would not pay for broken stuff. So I had to pay them and new guys also. Total bill for coble 431.19. Others were 231.00 plumber 200.00 for Ac guy. DON'T EVER CALL COBLE. You will regret it.

"Our service goal is 100% percent satisfaction for all customers and up until October we had a great working relationship with you. Initially on 9/9/13, we changed a condenser fan motor and charged your AC system with freon. The total charge for that was $431.19. You came in on 9/17/13 to ask if you could pay $231.19 then and pay the other $200 in October. You have been our satisfied customer since 2011 who has alwasy paid within a couple of weeks, so we agreed to do that. You called us back to your house in October because the AC would not come on . We did not charge you to come out in Oct.. The problem was not in the AC unit. The electrical breaker was weak & we told you to call an electrician to change the breaker. I am writing this in the middle of Jan, and we have, since October, been trying to collect the other $200 for the initial call to no avail. You probably did have to pay the electrician for the breaker also. But we are not licensed to do electrical work."
