+ 0 morePopcorn removal is a mess and often overpriced because contractors don't want to do it. Santiago was very professional, asked questions to help me understand the work needed, and was super reasonable. It took him a few days more than anticipated to do the job, but we had a ton done and kept adding little drywall or painting projects, which was cheap since he was already there. He came based on a recommendation from a friend who had Santiago do three other houses, Would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Remove popcorn ceilings, retexture, and paint all ceilings
