Exactly as he explained it to me. I am happy with what he did and how he did it. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I needed service today, and he able to book my service just a few hours in advance. He was recommended by another highly rated Angies List provider who was book up today and unable to assist me. I would recommend Safe Choice to my friends and family any time.

We have an old house that we restored years ago, and at some point, rats gained entry to the attic and crawl space under the home. We'd tried everything to get rid of them (short of poison, which I just will not do). I'd had several people try to trap them or find out where they were getting in, most of whom were not very thorough. One guy actually said he couldn't find any holes! Yet we could hear rats in the walls - eeek. Then I was referred to Mark with Safe Choice. On the initial visit, he was here for several hours, checking and sealing. He provided a lot of useful information and was extremely patient and accommodating of all of my requests. I felt his price was very reasonable, given the length of time he worked and the number of visits he made. He charges per entry point sealed. I also trusted that he was actually doing the work specified.
While we still haven't caught any rats (I'm telling you, we have some Mensa-class rodents here), we also haven't seen or heard any definite evidence of them within the structure - so I'm hoping our strategy was successful.
I wish we'd known about Safe Choice years ago; if they had sealed our property to begin with, we probably wouldn't have ever had this trouble. In fact, now we will have them back on a semi-regular basis just to do inspections and preventive sealing. Mark with Safe Choice is an excellent example of why Angies List is so important. It's such a relief to find someone you feel you can depend on, and who's not just there to take your money.

Safe Choice was wonderful. We came to stay with my parents only to discover there were ants all over the carpets. Safe Choice came out the very next day and took care of the problem inside as well as outside at a very reasonable cost. They explained the problem and were able to find the source of the ants and quickly take care of the problem, we never saw another ant during our visit! We will definitely call them the next time we need pest services.

My wife and I recently moved into the neighborhood and were looking for a reputable company that we could use on a regular basis for pest control. We live near a creek that backs up to the end of our back yard, and with two young daughters (three and eight years old), we were concerned about critters and bugs that might be a danger to them. We were referred to Safe Choice by a neighbor that has been using them for years. Being new to the neighborhood, we welcomed any referrals. We called Safe Choice on a Monday morning and spoke with Mark. We explained our situation, what we were looking for, and informed Mark that we needed our home treated ASAP. Let me say, I am in customer service, and I am fully aware of what good, bad, and mediocre service is, and Safe Choice has done it right. Mark listened to our concerns, and even told us he would like to come out right away and do an inspection to see what all the house might need. We set up our appointment for the following day. Mark arrived on time, and actually remembered the background information we gave him. All to often, you will request services and when they show up to do the work they are reading information off of a clipboard, or a work order. Not Safe Choice... It was nice to see that he had listened to our concerns and was genuinely there to help us resolve our problem. He did his inspection, and we were ready for him to try and sell us a lifetime of pest services and recommend things that may not be needed. After his walk around, he told us exactly what needed to be done, and wasn't pushy in trying to sell us extras. At that point we were hooked. He told us the initial treatment would be around 80 dollars, and he recommended we have him come out just once a quarter for upkeep. We have looked into pest control before, and this is VERY affordable. Overall visit was great. Safe Choice solved our pest issue, eased our concerns about our daughters playing in the back yard, and reminded me what GREAT customer service really is. These guys have it right, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs good pest control company.
