It was horrible. Mark would disappear and would not hear from him for hours or maybe not until a day or two later. It took over a month to get the items done. Then we had to hire a painter to come in and fix the mess that Mark left. Mark did not have the correct ladders to reach the height needed for installing a wall, his machines that he always brought malfunctioned and never worked, he'd leave to go get something and would be gone for hours and would not let his guys know what he was doing. He was not dressed professionally. He was really nice and stuff at first but seemed to be trying to do way too much and leaving jobs incomplete. This was the worst experience I'd ever had. We just paid him in cash the money that he'd asked for so we wouldn'd have to deal with him anymore. My husband even tried to fire him and he just laughed. We had to hire an electrician to come fix the light switch that he said he moved and installed and yet it never worked, the wiring he intalled when the switch was moved was incorrect. thank God we didn't have a fire from it being installed incorrectly. He said he gave a warranty for any items that we did not like or found wrong. We'd rather just use some one else that pulls the proper license and regulations. Paying more may be better for someone that is fully qualified and has the correct equipment.
