Westwind Tie-Dye Co

I ordered three tie dye hoodies on 11-11-10. The money was deducted from my account on 11-12-10. I received the first two hoodies just before Christmas with a note telling me that the third shirt was on backorder and would be shipped to me soon. Around mid January I called and emailed Westwind Company at least 5 different times. I never received a return phone call or email until 2-5-11. On 2-5-11 I received an email from Renee stating that the third hoodie would be shipped early next week. After 2 weeks I still had not received the hoodie I called her and emailed her again. The third hoodie was finally shipped on 3-1-11. The quality of their work is outstanding but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They were quick to take the order and my money but it took me telling them that I would handle this another way to get my order filled. All I wanted was for them to return my calls or emails and to keep me informed. I would definitely not purchase another item from this company online because of their poor customer service.
