It went great. He is a busy person, so we had to wait 4 to 5 days. He came out as soon as he was available, his office was courteous and kept us informed. Since our problem was more of an inconvenience than an emergency we chose to wait. He was on time, professional and had all fixed in about 30 minutes. He is out of Tyler now, but didn't mind driving the 35 to 40 miles to my house.

My air conditioner outdoor unit was shutting off shortly after start-up.
I first had it checked by air conditioning specialist, who could not
provide any cause. I then called Campbell Electric, and he came in a
timely manner, quickly identified the problem, provided a quote and
replaced the necessary parts. He worked quickly and also provided
recommendations & quotes for other electrical issues I was having. I
would certainly use Campbell Electric again.

The electrician came to my house the day after I called. He performed the work in a little over an hour. He was very courteous and professional. We are pleased with the work and will use this company again!
