Owner, Lee Gowen, is ASE Certified in automotive repair. Working alongside Lee, are three fellow technicians: Rylan, Daniel, and Tyler. Together, they provide 33 years of experience. Here at VA Automotive, we are committed to customer service. We feel if we provide our customers with the quality service they deserve, it will be a pleasant experience approved with a return.

He is great. We have four vehicles and my husband is a rural mail carrier so he has one vehicle that he puts a lot of miles on every day. We are fairly frequent customers of his because he keeps that car serviced real well. I think they are very reasonable. They are just very honest and I know a couple of times if I've been out and my husband needs to drop his car off they have brought him home. They keep you informed of what they are doing. It's generally always ready when they promised and they call and let you know generally it's pretty much ready. They seem very knowledgeable about what they are doing.
