Unique Services, LLC is a full service home management / construction company. We specialize in monthly maintenance of your home and all areas of general contracting. Unique Services was implemented to simplify the life of a homeowner. We provide a monthly service for your home to keep your home properly maintained and avoid any costly damages in the future. We also provide general contracting services at a discounted rate to all our annual home management customers. Unique Services is a diversified service company catering to your unique needs. We don't do "1" thing, we do "everything" Unique Services has over 20 years combined experience in the industry. We currently have 2 employees and several "contract" professionals. We are fully insured and require any and all subcontractors to have general liability insurance as well. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and McKinney Chamber of Commerce. All initial quotes are FREE and valid for 30 days.
