While others vaguely cited a “leak in the coil” and pushed for a complete replacement, Manny took the time to show me exactly how to check for leaks and identified the real issue: a faulty Schrader valve. Not only did he fix it, but he also replaced the valves on both the upstairs and downstairs units—at no extra charge. The entire repair, including tax, cost me just $300.
