They came out on very short notice for us as we were getting a new washer and could not shut off the water. They were terrific.

Plumber Cliff was very polite, professional, and worked quickly.  He also removed his shoes after going out into our front yard to access the cutoff, which was a pleasant surprise.  
The service fee was the most I've paid for a "quick fix" plumbing call; however, it was also some of the best customer service I've received from a plumbing company, and the offending plastic hose was replaced with a braided stainless steel hose which was not itemized on the bill.  I was able to call the office and pay by credit card, when I discovered that I was out of checks.  The woman working in the office was very friendly every time I spoke with her.  Great company - will definitely use them again if needed.

Did not have supplies on his truck had to go to plumbing store four times. Took 6 hours for what should have been 2-3 hour job.

They did a really good job. They were able to come out the same day like within 2 hours of my call, it was kind of an emergency.

I contacted Murley Plumbing at the suggestion of someone at the McKinney CDBG Office. They are a preferred vendor for the city of McKinney and also for Atmos Energy. They arrived when expected and completed the work and had the inspection done by the city so I was able to get the gas turned back on. They were awesome!

The pricing and the service was good. The work was good.

This service call was the result of a DIY nightmare. I had a clogged sewer on a Sunday morning. I rented a power snake and snaked about 70ft of sewer line. I ran two different heads through the line to clear tree roots. When removing the snake for the last time, the cutting head came apart in the sewer line! This was a 3and quot; diameter cylindrical saw blade designed to cut/clear tree roots. All attempts to fish out the head were to no avail.

I called Murley Plumbing on Sunday to schedule for a Monday service. They were prompt in setting the appointment and were able to service it earlier than anticipated. Cliff performed the work. He ran a camera down the sewer line, and located the screw from the missing head. He was able to run the camera all the way to the septic tank, so the head must have ended up in the septic tank. In the process he was able to locate some root infiltration around a remodel change done in 2005 (by a different plumber). This was at a transition from the original cast iron to PVC. Tree roots are infiltrating past the rubber seal in the pipe transition. We discussed what would be required for a long term fix and decided to delay until some planned remodeling in a couple months, Cliff was efficient and curteous and ran the camera for nearly two hours as he explored and evaluated the condition of the sewer line per my request.

I had used him previously and I called him when I wanted a second quote. They did a great job. They were very professional and came in under budget. They are an A for everything.

My wife spotted water in our side yard and we saw water coming out of the clean-out port of the sewer line for our house. Bleach. Brent's receptionist apologized profusely that he could not come over immediately as a crew of his was using his sewer line cleaning machine, though I hardly expected him to on such short notice (it was 3:30 in the afternoon and the leak was outside, after all). He came by the following morning and got the sewer line cleaned out. He was courteous, prompt within my expectation, and did not pressure me for the (presumably higher priced) leak location service. I have used his services before with satisfaction and will do so again.
