J & G Services

After seeing the J&G Services truck at a neighboring ranch, working on an automated gate, we reluctantly gave them a call. Reluctantly because we've had several gate/security companies out and none of them could fix it. The last was a week ago and they charged me $95 to look at it, shrug their shoulders and tell me they can install a new $2,000 gate system (for our existing gate) within the next two weeks. J&G Services answered our call and was right out, even though we are in a rural area a good 45 minutes from Van Alstyne. Jason came out with a second man and they spent a good hour at the gate, troubleshooting. Within two days they fixed it. it's working. And to do that, they did everything the other companies didn't think of doing like working directly with a respected security/gate company to troubleshoot and find every glitch in our system. Other companies suggested we might need a new mother board -- and that ended up not being the problem. Before J&G came out, other companies just happily billed us for no working gate (just for their time to realize they couldn't fix it). Everyone just wanted to replace the system. J&G figured out that only a couple things were wrong with it and by actually knowing what they were doing and working with expect consultants, they saved us a small fortune. I can't recommend Jason and J&G enough. If you're facing troubles and want an honest service man that knows what he's doing and respects your hard earned dollar as much as his, call Jason. We absolutely will call him when we need any service/help with our gate system in the future.
