Description of Work: Ed (from Ed n Jon's) came out to check my computer - was on time, very professional and after his review called AT&T to talk to them because he felt the problem was actually "their" problem, not my computer. AT&T spent several hours and called to advise that the problem was in their line several miles from my home, which they fixed without any charge to me.

 + -1 moreI thought that he was very honest and didn't just tell me to buy a new computer. He took my computer and fixed it and brought it back the next day. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do to fix it. He acted very professional.
Description of Work: He removed a virus, and reinstalled everything on my computer, and was also able to hook my computer up to a printer.
