The experience was really good. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They did a really good job and went kind of above and beyond to explain things. I will really keep them in mind for future service, but they are one of the most expensive plumbing services. That would be the only reason we would hesitate to use them again because of the expense.

It was very nice. He was very nice. He gave me some tips after that to keep the drain clean. He was a very nice kid. It was lower than what I was going to use the coupon for. He was here on time. I'd use him again, absolutely.

They're great and they're awesome. They have a lot of coupon deals too. When they come out for your first service, they'll give you coupons. They're just really very fair. They came out when they said they would come out. They said that they'd be here at a certain time and they called to say that they're on their way. They're here on that certain time.

It was an emergency situation. They came out, took care of it and did a correct job. They gave me options in terms of what they could do in various price points. The technician who was here was very good and had very good customer service skills. He let me know what was going on and explained things to me. It was a good all around experience. I would have been happier if it was cheaper, but with water heaters being in the attic and some of the code requirements I understand the price. Even the plumbing inspector came and was responsive.

It was just fine. We have used them many times. They are a little higher than most plumbers, but they also do same day service so if I have an emergency they get right out so that is worth paying for. I think their price is really good for what they do.

Very prompt service, very professional, due to the nature of the emergency of the leak we could not waste time getting estimates from more than one company, I do feel that it was expensive and that had I had more time ( it was during the ice storm here) I would have been able to receive the same service for less. But when it is all said and done they did a good job, on time etc... just was a bit overpriced- even with the Angie's coupon which really helped!!!

That was a funny one. He couldn't do, he said, that was for like a camera drain cleaning thing and he said that that would not particularly apply. He was very nice and he was able to give me some assistance. I ended up paying a separate amount for a service that wasn't done. They way I read that whole experience was, perhaps what I thought it was going to be was not what it really was. He was very pleasant. They were punctual.

He fixed everything fine. Very nice, he went into the master bath and fixed one of the faucets in there and went up in the attic because he had more time, he checked the water heater as well to fill time. He was nice enough to offer if there was anything else he could do.

It went fine. I just needed somebody that had the capability of doing a camera inspection on out main sewer line. The guy came out and diagnosed and I know what the issue is now so it worked out fine. They came in pretty quickly after I got the deal. It was easy and convenient.

We're not real happy with it. They came out and told us that our toilets were virtually on the verge of exploding. They pointed out a problem with one of our toilets but they also expressed concerned about its settings which are standard with two other toilets. They're trying to up sell additional services.

It was okay. They were on time and very courteous. They were good and cleaned up after themselves. I thought they did a fine job. I did not think they were the best price around, but with a broken line under my house I did not have time to shop for pricing. Their punctuality is always good.
