Very happy with Ron @ Cloud Roofing! He does great honest work and he is upfront with estimates. The original roofer I used stated that my roof needed to be replaced. I actually a water leak on my roof and I went through 4 roofers before I found Cloud. I will be using him again and I highly recommend Cloud!

Steve Cantrell was very responsive and honest.  He checked our roof for possible hail damage, and found that there was none.  While checking the roof, he saw some gaps around some of the vent pipes and a raised nail.  He took care of these without charge.  We also need to have some fascia boards replaced.  He committed to having a reputable contractor contact us to do this work.  Cloud Roofing, and especially Steve Cantrell, will always be the first we'll call for roofing needs.

It went very well. From the first consultation Steve Cantrell was open and honest with me about the process, the materials and handling the insurance company. The experience was great, the working were punctual and fast and the clean up after the work was completed was excellent. I highly recommend Cloud and will use them again for any roofing needs I may have.

.It went very well, They arrived at the house about 7:15 a.m. and immediately got to work. There were several men in the crew and they were able to finish the roof by about 5:30 p.m. Their clean-up was very thorough.

After the spring storms our insurance company inspected our roof and said it needed to be replaced. We asked our longtime agent to recommend some contractors for doing the repairs. Cloud Roofing was one of 3 companies that we contacted. John Prokassa was the representative that we dealt with. He came to the house, documented the damage, compared it to the estimate by the insurance company, and explained that there were discrepancies between the insurance estimate and his estimate. He also noted that this was common and it was not something that we would need to be concerned with.

Cloud Roofing had done our insurance agent's roof replacement, which gave them a leg-up on the competition. But more importantly, John was prompt, precise, and responsive to any concerns or issues that we raised. He talked us through the process of how the roofing would be done, how long it would take, and how it gets paid for. (We realized later that we had not completely understood the payment process but this was our own misunderstanding.)

After signing the contract, they told us when the work would be started. They started the work on time and the crew that did the work did a good job. I'm not a roofing expert but after hearing my neighbors' complaints about the mess and nails that were not cleaned up, I felt even better about the work. After they were done, John insisted on a joint inspection. I saw some minor things that I wanted changed and they made the changes the next day.

There were two issues that came up which could have been handled better. This first one is a simple communication point -- John is great at explaining things but he didn't always give me a heads-up when he got tied up and was going to be delayed. He was quick to apologize and I realized that it was a busy time for them but others may be less tolerant. A potentially more serious problem was that the roofing crew did not bring a tarp to cover our swimming pool. As a result, some of the small granules from the shingles found their way into the pool. I was concerned about damage to the pool filter. To his credit John was quick to offer to cover any costs that I might incur, including repairs to the filter. As it turns out, the filter only needed to be cleaned; there was no damage to the filter's grids. (If you have a pool, this is something to be alert to!)

I should note that John also did several things which I was thankful for. He took care of all the paperwork (and made copies for us), returned calls promptly, was excellent about explaining the work in easy-to-understand language, and was insistent that any concerns -- even small ones -- were taken care of. They even replaced my roof's crummy pancake vents with turbines, which seemed to help out during the crazy hot summer. But what proves to be the most important aspect of the work is that the roof looks great; the crew did a superb job of cleaning up after themselves (which cannot be said for the companies that did my neighbors' roofs), and they have been quick to respond even two months later if I call.

In summary, I would have no hesitation about using Cloud Roofing again. I recommended them to one of my neighbors and his roof was done just as well as mine. Both the quality of work and the service supporting the work were superb.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my guest bedroom. I called four roofing companies to get estimates. I chose Cloud roofing because they correctly told me where the leak was coming from. They did a great job of replacing all of my roof stack seals. They also showed up when they said they would and charged a very price. I will definitely use them in the future!

Came out to inspect my roof and noticed a defect in the shingle. Ron contacted the manufacturer and worked to get assistance in getting the roof replaced. I had the roof looked at by two other contractors over the past 2 years and each just repaired the damaged section. Ron went above and beyond, identified the issue and helped to get the issue resolved. Really went above and beyond

They were pretty quick with taking care of the job. I would use them again, but would want to get estimate first.

It was excellent. From the first time we spoke to them to when they came out. He estimated everything was completely clear about the estimate. They came out when they said they would. They followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. They sent one of their top bosses out to review everything. They did a thorough job and they did excellent work.

Eleven people there to do the job at 8:00 am and finished the job in the early afternoon.

Mike was fantastically helpful. He knew that we had to get this work done in a matter of days in order to complete the sale of my house, but he chose not to take advantage of my situation and overcharge us. This despite knowing that we were moving to another state, so he wouldn't be getting future business from us. Very helpful and ethical.

We have a 3,400 sq home. We were very pleased with them. We didn't have any problems. Wayne, the owner, was on site and very knowledgeable and helpful.

The e-mail request for estimates resulted in a prompt response from the company. "JP" from the company did a thorough walk-through/inspection of the entire roof, not just the missing shingles part, and gave us a professional looking estimate in a company folder with reasonable cost and details of the work entailed. He gave us his cell phone number and asked us to reach out to him for any questions at all which could held up make up our mind. We did call him a couple of times to help us with details required for our HOA approval and he was prompt and courteous every time. Once the work was completed, JP made it a point to personally inspect the completed work to ensure everything had been done as planned. It gave us a good feeling about choosing this company.

He was prompt pleasant and efficient, and it does not leak anymore.
