Brian knows his stuff. We've had some of the other big tree services in town out to our property before. They would charge us $500 to seemingly randomly snip at branches and tidy up the trees. Brian immediately noticed several significant issues that previous arborists hadn't noticed. He was able to point out how and why our trees had been maintained incorrectly and explained clearly what we needed to do to address the issues. The cost seemed way higher than other arborists we'd had out, but after his crew finished, we realized it was because he and his crew actually took care of our trees (including with multiple climbers up in the trees rather than just snipping at things from ground level). The previous companies had been charging us without actually doing a good job OR noticing big issues. So while they were cheaper, their work wasn't worth squat. We feel very, very good about the job (and super professional clean up) that Brian's crew did. Usually I feel uneasy after writing a big check like this, but Brian left us feeling very confident that our trees were taken care of and that we'd been dealt with honestly. Worth every penny!

Brian gave me the initial quote for free and said if I wanted the work done, it would take about two to three weeks because his schedule but he called back a few days later and arrived at 08:30 and was gone by 15:00. The work was professionally done and the clean-up was immaculate. Brian actually only quoted for the oak, the ash, and the stump grinding. He threw the rest in at no additional charge.

He was very good and outstanding. He has got all the chest kits, insurance and everything. He knows exactly everything about trees, I was impressed. He had come sometime last year, as we were worried about some trees, he took care of them. He has all the statistics, insurances and everything. He is probably a lit bit expensive but not for someone with all the knowledge. We don't trust anybody else to do our trees; we have those old big oak trees.

He is a licensed arborist and I would like to grade him highly on everything. He is the only one that I have in my file to tend to things for me. I have not had any need for anything like that recently.

The service was excellent. The man who gave me the estimate was clean, polite and professional. They came on the day they were scheduled and completed the work before I got home from work in the afternoon. The backyard looks great.

The 25y/o oak tree split and fell into the yard. The remaining half threatened to fall on the driveway. I found the service in the phone book and they called back within an hour. Brian came to the house that afternoon and wrote out an estimate. He returned in two days (Friday) with his crew and removed the tree within three hours. His stump grinder needed repair and he was unable to remove the stump until the following Tuesday. The process did not take more that 30 min. We had only one other estimate for $4500, so Brian's price seemed very reasonable. This is one of the few tree services in this area that employ a trained arborist. They had many suggestions for the replacement of the trees, and we will be using his service in the future.
