I was recommended to this site form a friend who was engineer who purchased a similar unit. I like that it was so easy to order online and delivery was great. I hired an outside Licensed plumber to install the unit per the . Once the unit was installed, I had my engineer neighbor come over and help me program the control head unit. We were unsuccessful in getting this correctly set up. I tried to reach out to the company for help on this problem. They have very little to no technical support. The only form of communication with this company was through email. The technical support line is just a recording to leave a message. I left several messages and none were returned. After I had to hire a plumber to take off the faulty control head unit, I sent the company a final email explaining how disappointed I was and how much extra I had to pay the get the unit in working order. They sent me a final email say that they wanted to reach out to the plumber so they could "set him straight."  I was taken back that they didn't want to speak to me as the customer and only wanted to speak with the license plumber. That was the last communication. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of customer support.
