Waterfalls autorepair

I've used Waterfalls for oil changes and car washes since I moved to the adjoining neighborhood in 2005. A few years ago I went in for an oil change or something routine, and two women in the waiting room were talking about how much they love them. Both of them said they really appreciated that the staff treated them with respect whether they knew anything about auto repair or not (one did, one didn't), and always seemed to have fair prices and good service. They trusted the staff at Waterfalls and wouldn't take their cars anywhere else. The next time I came in there were two men there, and they were singing the same tune - both of them trusted Waterfalls and recommended them highly.

Since then I've consistently used Waterfalls for my auto repair, and I have to say I agree. Their prices are good, the service is great, they are very accommodating about picking me up or coming to my house when my car wouldn't start. When I had a problem after they replaced my alternator, they replaced the alternator again, just to be sure. I've become a real fan.
