Fred returned all calls and cheerfully answered questions and quoted prices. He arrived on time, calling ahead as requested. He performed all the work, and although he had brought a new bedframe, he saw it simply needed small repairs, saving us over $100. He repaired the frame, drained and removed the old mattresses, checked the liner, installed and filled the new mattresses. He performed all work professionally, knowledgeably and quickly. We couldn't be happier!
