Oh, how I wish we'd known about Joe Diaz before our seven years in Midland were almost up. A friend of a friend, curiously named Angie, referred us to Joe. When I called, he indicated that he wasn't available immediately, but told me when he would be and came out to take a look at the sort of projects we had in mind. Nothing phased him; none were beyond his skill set. A week later, I checked in with Joe to confirm availability and they were on site the following day. He and a helper worked four days preparing our home to be put up for sale, taking care of all the unresolved issues that weren't the specific domain of the plumber or other specialists. Joe and his helper were prompt, professional, reliable, effective and helpful. If I had questions, they had reasonable answers and good advice. It was evident that Joe knows all the tricks of the trade. Their work was superb, timely and no corners were cut. I remain grateful for their assistance and tipped $200, especially since I'd expected the bill to be higher and greatly appreciated all that had been accomplished.
