Jason Harlow is the company owner and is the recommended installation and service provider for Warmly Yours, a company that manufactures systems to install under tile floors, walkways or driveways to warm the surface. I also highly recommend Warmly Yours. Their products are excellent and they stand behind them with exceptional service and support.
I contacted Jason because after 8 years, the system we had installed in our master bathroom stopped working. Jason followed up on our call quickly and explained to us all the possible causes for the failure and what the procedure would be for diagnosing the issue and what would and would not be covered under the manufacturers warranty depending on the nature of the failure. He then promptly scheduled an electrician to come onsite and perform the required diagnostics.
The electrician did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Fortunately, it is a failed thermostat which is easy to replace. The company will handle ordering the replacement and will then return to install it.
I am very impressed with Jason and his company. They do remodeling and general contracting work as well. We intend to use them again in the future.
