It went perfect. I had to change my pick up and delivery times more than a couple of times and the U-Pack customer service didn't bat an eye. They were very helpful in helping me plan which days and time would work best for pick up and delivery of my trailer. The entire process was detailed very clearly with step by step instructions. The trailer was delivered and picked up in a timely manner on both ends, just as promised. They have moving crews you can hire or you can hire your own labor for the heavy lifting. I really can't think of anything that could have been done better. I highly recommend using this service for moving whether local or cross country.

They did not pack well and there was a lot of furniture that was damaged in the process as well.

They dropped off the trailer. Everything was perfectly done. I could have been more expensive, but they cut our bill, which was amazing.
