Very bad - poor quality field personnel and no concern from main office.

Came home to find 100's of fertilizer pellets in the pool. It was not a windy day and the pool is not that close to the lawn. Pure carelessness or worse. This may result in my having to drain the pool or other expense to insure the pool doesn't turn green or we don't swim in nitrates and phosphates. I also spent 90 minutes trying to get as many pellets out as I could, but this is very difficult to do with standard pool equipment - they are very small and dissolve or smash easily. Called trugreen but they haven't got back to me. I've requested they pay for a pool vacuuming, (with a vacuum that doesn't run through the pool filters). but nothing.

I've been using them for years. I am satisfied. They do a good job and it's one less thing for me to have to do.

I don't live there anymore. I thought it was expensive because the first time they charged me a lot, like $200. I didn't have time to see if it worked because I left. I really don't know. It was a good service because we needed to get rid of the weeds and take control.

They refunded me my money and I quit using them after being a customer after 15 years.

They do a lot of work in this area. I give them all A's.

They were okay. I've already cancelled my service from them. It was on the pricey side, and they couldn't always answer questions to my satisfaction.

They do the service pretty well but there are some weeds sometimes. They can't reach 100% all the time but other than that, I have no complaints. You are paying for the service to avoid weeds on the lawn but I do see some.

We contracted True Green lawn services based on a salesman visit to our home. He offered there services to give us what he called the "Best looking yard around here". Well we wanted that and signed up. They came out and applied several different times because we were getting no results from the cost we spent. They said it would just take some time, but to be patient, "" it would come." All we got wad them killing our entire from lawn and half of the back lawn. Dead no grass bare dirt, now with some farm weeds. We contacted the corporate office and complained. They sent the Manager of the Plano office out to look, he said this was not their fault. He stated that due to the hot weather, little rain and we did not not water enough, the yard died. Understand, this is the only dead yard in this addition. Every one else around us had cooler weather, lots of rain and plenty of water. City water records show this address used 42,000 gallons of water as well and rain fall during this time and was average or above the eight block area around our address. We are now spending $3,000 for new Sod and True Green says its not their problem. When we finish and have the total financial loss totaled, we plan to file litigation against this company in Collin County. There reply, " So sue us, good luck" I also contacted the Main Parent Company who many this they having a nation wide name would help, but they also said they have to rely on the franchisee that did the work too make the call. This company should loose it licenses in the state of Texas and be investigated for fraud. If you do business with them be ware, this can happen to you.

I utilized TruGreen since 2014 and recently cancelled my service for the following reasons.

1)  Not one email was ever answered after numerous were submitted during a two year period.

2)  My lawn was showing increased receding in the past two seasons and the cause was not identified.

We weren't home (service is always better when you're there).  They say they treated the lawn with a granular product, but I could not find evidence anywhere (even on the utility boxes, sidewalk, etc).  The tech was called back, and he had trouble finding a grain, himself.  But, he swore he did a wonderful job of treating my lawn...the report he left, from the treatment, says he was here 7 (yes, seven) minutes...fertitilized my entire yard, sprayed for weeds and was done in 7 minutes.  When I asked him what was his opinion of the brown spots on the St. Augustine (brown patch), he says he didn't do anything about those....did I call to have them treated?  I thought his job was to walk the yard and address all the problems, while he's here.  Can't do that in 7 minutes, I guess.  If you're going to use them, have them call you in advance (so you know wehn they're coming), and walk with the guy as he does your yard.

They are pretty good. It is $50 per visit. They tell you that they will be there in two days and they come in two days. I don't have any issues with them not showing up.
