I pay so much each month and whenever I need repairs or anything on any household appliance or heating or anything I just call them and they will give me a product number or something. Then they will send people out to take care of whatever it is. I am not really happy with it because I am getting a little ahead on my payments then they are on the repairs or work because I have not had anything break down so consequently if you are paying, like, $30-$40 a month over the course of the year that can get quite expensive if you have not had any work done. I have been satisfied with what they have done. When I did do something they saved me a lot of money on my furnace. The last time they sent someone out we scheduled a date for them to come out and meet me. Then they come out and check whatever the problem is. They take care of it. It is between me and the people that come out to take care of the problem. The last time they sent someone out they had it down that I had an air conditioner problem, but it was for my boiler. It was convenient for me because I did not have to do a lot of shopping around comparing prices and stuff. I was satisfied with them. I think you pay less than what you would pay if you were not with them. They have not done too much work. I think they are pretty top notch. They were very good. They have a good system. Their punctuality is comparable to anybody else. I would tell others that they have to get everything straight when they call them to make sure there is no misunderstanding or mistakes on locations or what work needs to be done. They should make sure that they clarify what their problem is specifically. I don't know if they have different people taking the calls but the person that I first spoke with did not write it down correctly and it kind of created some problems. I am still using them.
