They were cutting the grass across the street from me and I was really pleased with the work that they were doing. He has been doing my lawn for about a year now. The owner personally visited my home yesterday, he was asking if I wanted to do fertilizing and mulching this year and I said "Absolutely", He is very good that way, he is sure he wants to sell services, but that's not his main- he is a busy enough guy, he just wants to know personally. He is from Guatemala originally. He is based in Texas but he services the Woodlands. It's very good. They cut the grass every week in spring, summer and fall. In the winter, it's every two weeks. They do it seasonally and they know what to do. They used to come the same day every week and they don't come until after nine o'clock so they don't wake you up with their mowers. If you ask them not to cut your flowers or not to walk on your deck, they are very cooperative that way. They are one of the cheapest around. They don't overcharge, because the Woodlands is an affluent community a lot of people charge you more because they think you are stupid enough to pay. I can call him at home, I have his cell number and he is always available, if I need something I can call after hours.
