Texoma Heating & Air

Service provider came out 3 seperate times. Each time different technicians were sent and we had to explain to ALL of them what was going on. Wednesday they ran pressure test and charged AC unit to 'last a couple of days until this could all be resolved.' Thursday the warranty company sent them out to run MORE test. During this visit they ran a dye test and said they would be back on Friday to check it. Then Friday, the owner, Lee, came out to check the results of the dye test. From the initial contact with him on Friday morning, he was very rude and unprofessional.  We were told on Friday that they didn't let it run long enough and it would have to be redone. The owner said that it takes up to 48 hours to run the test. We called Texoma HVAC at 8:30 am on Monday morning to find out when they would be out to check the results of the dye test and were then told it takes an entire week to run the test and it would be Friday before they would be here to check it. We live in Texas and it is already near 100 degrees outside and estimated by midweek to be 100!!!! I'm  not sure if the unprofessional attitude is due to the fact that LEE was dealing with a woman or if it's because it is a 'warranty' job, but either way, we received very poor customer service from HIM!!! All the other guys that came out were very nice and informative. Lee WAS NOT. If the owner treats ALL of his customers in this manner, I'm shocked that he is even still in business. Our encounter with Lee has made us reconsider the filing of a claim with the warranty company. We would much rather pay full price for a new unit than have to deal with him EVER again. 

These guys are awesome! They worked with my home warranty to get my ac fixed without payment up front. It is very rare you find people willing to do that anymore. They came out twice for 2 different things. Very professional and everything done in a timely manner.

The experience was a good one.
