+ -1 moreThe experience was horrible. He was dishonest and unreliable. He didn't answer my phone calls, made up dramatic excuses about why he couldn't come back out to the house. We had an engineer come out and they confirmed that he had not leveled the house. Two professional engineers came out and confirmed that they did not believe that any services had been performed to level the house.
Description of Work: He attempted to level the house foundation.
