He took the initiative to fix the doorknob instead of just tightening it without charging an extra fee. He's the kind of person that you'd want to have over for dinner. Very, very nice, humble, has a good sense of humor, very patient and a good listener. He's meticulous, not over-bearing. Gave a referral for a door replacement. He said he would install the door as well. Complete service in the best way.
