This company is crooked. The service provided is spotty, many was the time we could not get internet or speed was so poor would have been better to have a 1200 baud modem. At the time they were the only game in town, so we were stuck. To terminate the service, there is no way to do so without going through a telephone sales rep who's only job is to wear you down till you relent a agree to continue service, then they have the audacity to charge you for a full month, even thought the only provided a few days of service. All I can say is they are professional crooks. Won't ever use them again.

I've contacted this company several times due to severe latency, dropped internet connection, or speed throttling. Usually they'll me speed-cycle the cable modem (when just involves shutting it off and turning it back on), or push some new firmware. Nothing changes after this but they declare the problem "fixed." I'm currently searching for another ISP since their service delivery is so sub-par.

The problem we have is that we periodically lose signal and that is a problem. It has happened since the day we moved into our house. We call and call and they can't find the problem or they have us do this or do that. They had us change modems. Their customer service is poor, but their biggest problem is their internet, basically, is poor. It very frequently drops out multiple times per day. Watching a movie or being on a conference call causes big problems. It is so unreliable that it is, effectively, unusable. Presently I am trying to find somebody else who services this area so that I can get away from them. I think they have a monopoly in my particular area. There is no one else providing service. I have to find that out.

Their service is pretty terrible. Our internet service keeps going in and out. They have not yet charged us to come out, because it's always been their fault. The workers are very nice and friendly. I'm pretty sure they know they s*ck. The last time I am not sure if it was a network adapter or a router, but something was wrong with some piece of equipment they provided. It did not take too long to fix it, maybe about an hour. They are pretty responsive. They are pretty friendly and they find the issue. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't use them.

Until right now, everything has been fine.  I am not too pleased with the way they listen.  I have a chord running all the way around my house, they are telling me they are going to have to dig a trench and burry it and I just think that is probably hogwash but I am going to wait until Monday before I fill the dirt.  If they don’t charge me a $100 for digging the ditch, then their price is good.  The quality of the service has been okay.
