They subcontract the installation and the guy that came out was prompt, courteous and professional. Got his job done and straightened out the mess of cables that had been previously installed and tangles up with two different satellite dishes.

I like them; they are okay. They are too high, but everybody is too high if they are a cable company. As far as their service is concerned it has been pretty good. I pay $145 monthly and have a good internet speed. They will be here for a while until I can find somebody better.
