I just love Sudden link. They're great. The only problem we've ever had was when there was a storm and I didn't have to pay for the time their service was down. I found out that if I'm having problems with their service, I can always go online and resolve any issues. If I have problems with my cell phone, I have my local branch right here in town so I can always go to them instead of calling the 1-800 number. When I was having issues with my internet, the man that came out was very friendly. It turned out that I was having a bad modem and he upgraded it for free.
