Service person arrived on time and installed the shutters very professionally. He was pleasant and explained how care for the shutters.

Rep came to measure 3 times to make sure it was right. I called several times with questions answered satisfactorily. I was able to select custom color and approve painted sample. Work was completed within estimated time. Installer called well ahead to schedule install. Installer was efficient, touched up mail holes with caulk and paint and left no mess.
