I am having a positive experience with our internet provider. It's going great. It's unlimited internet and free megabits per second download. It works great. They are great so far. Although I heard that if we are not close enough to the tower, they are not as good. It's sort of hit or miss on how close we are to the tower. There are zero data caps, decent bandwidth and reliable service. There is no cancelation fee. With regard to responsiveness, I haven't had any issues yet.

I called around and could get no one to service my area. Heard about this company and called - they where VERY professional and had great customer service (I call a couple of times). The service call was performed on time (important because I had to drive an hour to meet the provider and the service tech was coming from about 80 miles away). The service itself is better than I was hoping for and the price was good (even a little better than I had hoped for). I have had the service a few weeks and for my limited access location I have been very pleased. This company services rural locations in Texas, Colorado and I believe Arkansas. I would recommend them (even without the discount incentive to refer them - which I won't get because this is an anonymous recommendation). It is always nice to be pleasantly surprise during a stressful moving and coordinating new services.
