The part that he did right, he did right but the part that he did badly was really bad. The tiles that he put in are coming out and he needs to replace that. It was a fair price. I didn’t like the tile work he did, the backer board needed to be screwed in a lot of different places instead of just few places and that is rocking now and is making the grout come loose and the tiles come out. It seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He took the money for garage remodeling, he didn’t do it, and the paint is coming off the garage. He showed up when he wanted to, he was taking care of his son so he kind of came and went when he wanted to. He took my money and left. I tried to contact him many times.
