This was a horrible experience. The claims rep, Amy, was extremely rude and this product pretty much ruined my tile floors. It left wax everywhere and in the grout. When I called customer service and wanted to speak with a supervisor, I was told someone would be calling me back because no one was available. No one has called me since then.
