She has always done a good job for me in the past, but that changed when she scrubbed raw my brand new stainless steel Whirlpool oven. I couldn't believe it. She had to have used steel wool. She scrubbed the black writing right off the stove! It used to say Whirlpool in black letters around the burners, now it doesn't. There are deep scratches around the stove too. I confronted her about this and she completely denied it. In fact, she told me that she never had any trouble with my brother, who is now recently deceased. I couldn't believe it. I even tried to make a deal with her that if she would clean the house one time, for free we could call it even, but she told me she doesn't work for free. She doesn't answer the phone hardly ever and if she does, she replies by text.
