This company has not returned our phone calls regarding an issue that came up with the wood flooring project. It bubbled up and has not been resolved. They had to lift the floor several times to fix it but it never got rectified. The owner, Rafael Munoz, was never around during the time the projects were happening and would promise to come on certain days and never returned back after being paid. He has also kept the additional supplies that I have paid for and has not returned them to me. We also did not receive an invoice with the proof of paymen for any of his services after he said he would give them to us. He has also lied about not being able to come to finish work during that time and was seen at other people's homes doing work instead. He has also done paiting for us and used the wrong color of paint in part of the room and had to come back to fix that. He uses his family as excuses why he doesn't come back but has been seen at other locations doing work elsewhere.
